Ine de Bock is an independent consultant, coach and management trainer. Her work is in the areas of organisational development and personal development, leadership, change management and team development. She works with executives, management and their teams.

She has extensive international experience. Among her current customers are companies in the dredging, tunnelling and foundations industries, several in the ICT -world, a university hospital, a commercial company for biogenetic research, a team of medical specialists, governmental organisations and several ministries in The Netherlands. She also leads public courses in the area of Leadership, Project Management and Coaching Skills

Ine holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and she is trained in Gestalt psychology.

Ine has worked in a wide range of companies, cultures and countries with both profit and not-for-profit organisations. She has carried out research at TNO, worked as a sociology teacher, consultant, project manager and has held several commercial management functions.

She has worked extensively in Holland, Ireland, Sweden and Slovakia. She has organised and contributed to conferences on strategic management in England, Germany, Sweden and Holland.

Ine has held senior management positions within Shell and KPN in The Netherlands, and within Eircom in Ireland. She held key roles in business process reengineering and change management in the transformation to modern commercial companies of these national telecom operators of The Netherlands and Ireland.
